Frequently Asked Questions
How are Levelbase WeaveLab courses structured?
Each course follows a protocol: objectives, tools, technique, practice, and review. This structure keeps lessons focused and measurable.
What tools do I need to get started?
For loom courses, you need a basic loom, size 11/0 beads, needle size 10–12, and nylon thread. Off-loom courses typically use FireLine or Nymo, size 10–12 needles, and seed beads 11/0 or 15/0.
Do you offer live cohorts?
Yes. Select courses have monthly live cohorts for structured feedback. The catalog notes which courses are cohort-ready.
How long will I have access to a self-paced course?
Self-paced courses include lifetime access to lesson materials and future updates. Live cohort components are scheduled and recorded for later review.
Can I get feedback on my beadwork?
Absolutely. Upload photos to cohort sessions or submit to our critique queue. Feedback follows our respectful critique policy and rubric.
What is your refund policy?
If a course does not match the description, contact us within 14 days for a review. Cohort seats are refundable up to 72 hours before start.
Is there a certificate of completion?
Yes. Complete the required checkpoints and submit the final piece to receive a certificate of completion from Levelbase WeaveLab.
Do you provide accessibility accommodations?
We offer transcripts, high-contrast modes, and captioned videos. Contact us if you need additional accommodations.
Can I use course patterns for selling finished items?
